DEC and EPC

Enica can now produce Display Energy Certificates and Energy Performance Certificates!

Display Energy Certificates (DECs) are required for all public sector buildings over 1,000 m2 from 1st October 2008. The certificates will need to be displayed in all buildings that are frequently used by members of the public.

Government-approved software is used to produce the necessary DECs and accompanying Advisory Report. Only an accredited Energy Assessor can produce a DEC.

Enica can assist with gathering the essential data and surveying the relevant buildings, leading to the production of DECs in time for 1st October 2008. An Advisory Report, providing valuable information on specific energy-saving opportunities, will also accompany the DEC for each building.
